We want you and your little ones to love your purchase! If something doesn't work quite right, we'd love to assist you! Our return guidelines differ slightly for in-store and online purchases.
*Note: All hats, jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale. Any items damaged after leaving the store will not be accepted.
IN-STORE PURCHASES:
Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date
Return Requirements:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Must have receipt or proof of purchase
- If there is not a size to exchange the item with, the return will be issued as store credit only
ONLINE PURCHASES:
Return Window:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Return Requirements:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Must include order number
- Returns are issued as store credit only once the item is received and inspected
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-Original shipping costs are non-refundable
*Customers do have the option to return items bought online in store instead of shipping the item back, if it is within the return window.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Wild Child reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.*
